Pricing is the first thing people ask about and the last thing most storage companies put in writing. So here is Snyder's, dated, on a page anybody can read without giving up a phone number.

Start with the number
Units at 300 E 37th Street start at $50 a month.
That is a move-in price, not a teaser. Bigger units cost more than smaller ones, the way they always have, and what is open changes week to week — so the live number for the size you want sits on the Snyder facility page, which reads straight off the same system that runs the property. A rate card typed into a blog post is out of date the first time anything moves. That page isn't.
The part that makes Snyder different: you do the whole thing yourself
Renting here never waits on business hours.
Start to finish, it goes like this. Pick your size online. Pay the first month. Your gate code is live the same day, and you drive out to 37th Street, punch it in, and pull up to your own roll-up door. Evening, Saturday, the middle of a Sunday afternoon — the process is identical, because it is the same self-serve process every hour of the week.
Worth weighing when you are comparing prices around town, because your time is part of what a unit costs. A rate five dollars under ours is not actually cheaper if it means leaving work early to sign a piece of paper across town.

Snyder has no climate-controlled units, and this page is not going to imply otherwise. What is on this property is ground-level, roll-up door, park-at-your-unit storage.
