I just need to give another shout out to Meagan for her awesome customer service. She was super responsive when I initially set up my unit but recently I made a visit and foolishly did not secure my unit. And very shortly after she contacted me to let me know that my unit was unsecure. Above and beyond great service!! Highly impressed.
